The Kidco Hearth Gate is specifically designed to offer premier protection from the heat and fire of fireplaces and wood burning stoves. You can even use it around your grill during your summer BBQ.
Five 24 inch interlocking sections can be angled or set in a straight line as needed, and are wall mounted for safety. This gate is very flexible and can also be used for protecting large irregular shaped opening up to 24 feet.
24 inch and 8 inch extension panels are available to extend the gate out for larger areas. The basic set of panels is designed to fit a 6 foot hearth. Installed height is 29 1/2", and slat spacing is 2 1/4".
