Works well on stairs, window barriers, doorways, hallways, or even like Dutch doors for high jumping pets. Fits openings 24 3/4 inches to 43 1/2 inches wide, and has a slat spacing of 2 1/8". Add a 24 inch extension when the opening is between 43 1/2 inches and 66 inches. Installed height is 29 1/2".
