Rates - Hawaii, Alaska, and other United States territories
Shipping rates for
Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories are calculated based on a per
item basis. For an accurate quote, add the item(s) to your shopping cart
and then click Continue to proceed to Billing and Shipping Information
page. Select the appropriate "ship to" state, and the shipping
cost will be calculated and displayed in your Order Summary chart.

Shipping rates for
destinations in Canada are calculated based on a per item basis. For an
accurate quote, add the item(s) to your shopping cart and then click

Select the appropriate "ship to" state, and the shipping cost
will be calculated and displayed in your Order Summary chart. Note:
Please understand that you will also be responsible for any duties applied
by the Canadian Government and/or UPS upon import into Canada. Duties
and import charges will be collected by UPS at time of delivery.

Refusal
of Order
If you refused your
shipment prior to receiving written approval from Dog-Gates.com,
you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of your shipment.
Customers who do not have authorization to refuse an order which offered
"free shipping" will still be responsible for the actual shipping
cost of your shipment. These shipping costs, upon processing the return
of your shipment, wiil be deducted from the credit issued to your original
credit card.

Damaged
Shipment
Damaged Items/Defective
Items: We make every attempt to prevent damage to your purchases during
shipping. Unfortunately, due to situations outside of our control, items
may arrive damaged. Don't Worry! If your order arrived damaged,
we'll either replace the broken parts or ship you a new item with NO
cost to you. Please be sure to open your package when it arrives and
contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged or defective.
We cannot exchange/replace items if we are not contacted within 10
days from the date of delivery.
If you find your product
is defective, please contact us as soon as possible @ 1-888-618-0177.
We will not be able to provide replacements beyond 30 days of purchase.

Errors/ Missing Parts
We take great care
in packaging your order for shipping. We have redundancy order accuracy
checking policies to insure we send you the exact products you purchased.
Sometimes, however, we do make mistakes. If find you you received the
wrong item or are missing any items or parts, please contact us as soon
as possible and we correct your order immediately. For any order errors,
